Nutritious Porridge - Made Easy! Microwave Makes 1 Serve: 1/3 Cup Ancient Grains 2/3 Cup Skim Milk 1. Combine Ingredients in A Deep Microwave Safe Bowl 2. Heat On High for 2 Minutes . 3. Stir and Allow To Cool. Oats Are Cooked As Soon As They Thicken. Add A Dash of Milk After Cooking for Creamier Oats. Caution Bowl Will Be Very Hot! Directions Have Been Tested Using A 950 Watt Microwave Oven and Are Given As A Guide Only. Stove Top Makes 3 Serves: 1 1/2 Cups Ancient Grains 3 1/3 Cups Skim Milk Or Water 1. Combine Ingredients in A Saucepan. 2. Stir While Bringing To the Boil and Simmer for Approximately 30 Seconds.
