Preparation Instructions
Your Meal, Your Way Maggi Chow Mein Recipe 1 Meat Night Simply Add: 400g Lean Beef Mince 1 Medium Onion (150g), Sliced 3 Cups Cabbage (240g), Sliced 3 Cups Mixed Vegetables (450g), Sliced; We Like Broccoli, Red Capsicum, and Carrot. 1 Pkt Maggi 2 Minute Noodles Get Cooking: Preparation Time: 15 Minutes Cooking Time: 10 Minutes 1. Heat 2 Tsp Oil in A Pan Or Wok, Add Mince, Cook for 2 Minutes, Add Vegetables and Stir Fry for A Further 2 Minutes. 2. Combine 1 Cup (250ml) Water and Maggi Recipe Base; Add To Pan Or Wok, Bring To the Boil and Stir Through. 3. Cook Maggi 2 Minute Noodles According To Directions On Packet Discarding Flavour Sachet, Drain Well and Add To Mince Mixture; Stir Through and Serve. Enjoy! No Need To Add Extra Salt.
