Preparation Instructions
Maggi Teriyaki Bowls Create Your Meal Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 10 Minutes Serves: 4 Simply Add: Your Choice of Meat Or Protein (500g) We Recommend Lean Beef Strips 6 Cups of Veggies (1½ Cups Per Serve) We Like Steamed Broccoli Cut Into Bite Size Pieces With Thinly Sliced Red Capsicum, Cucumber and Spring Onion. Serve With Cooked Brown Rice & Toasted Sesame Seeds Get Cooking: Tear: Pull Apart the Two Sachets. Cook the Rice According To the Directions On Packet. Marinate: in A Medium-Sized Bowl, Combine Quick Marinade and Meat Or Protein of Choice. Marinate for 5 Minutes. Cook: Heat 2 Tsp Oil in A Frying Pan Over High Heat. Fry Marinated Meat Or Protein for 5 Minutes Or Until Cooked Through. While the Meat Or Protein is Cooking, Steam Broccoli for 2-3 Minutes. Finish: Build Your Bowls With Cooked Brown Rice, Your Favourite Veggies and Cooked Meat Or Protein. Add the Drizzle As A Dressing To Each Bowl and Enjoy!
