Description

One of the most classic sauces for steak, Gravox® Diane Sauce is a winning addition to a variety of meat and vegetable dishes. This finishing sauce is 98% fat free* and contains no artificial flavours. With beautiful flavours including garlic and chopped parsley, Gravox® Diane Sauce pairs well with many cuts of meat including sirloin, scotch eye fillet and beef eye fillet. Not just a sauce for steak, Gravox® Diane Sauce is tasty with roasted potatoes, stuffed mushrooms and barbecued vegetables. It contains no artificial flavours either, so it's sure to be a family favourite.

Ingredients

Maize Thickener (1422), Beverage Whitener [Glucose, Vegetable Fat, Milk Protein, Stabilisers (340, 451, 452), Emulsifiers (471, 481, 322 (Soy)), Anticaking Agent (551)], Maltodextrin, Salt, Dried Garlic (5%), Natural Flavours, Food Acid (262), Seasonings (Contain Yeast Extract, Natural Flavour), Mineral Salt (450), Colour (Caramel III), Parsley (1.1%), Thickener (415), Spices, Onion Powder, Vegetable Oil, Anticaking Agent (551), Emulsifiers (471, 433).

Preparation Instructions

INSTANT 1. Empty sachet into a heatproof measuring jug. 2. Make up to 250mL with boiling water while stirring well with a fork or whisk. 3. Stir briskly for 1 minute until smooth, ensuring all powder is mixed in. STOVE TOP 1. Mix contnets of sachet with 250 mL of cold water in a small saucepan. 2. Bring to the boil, sttirring continuously. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. MICROWAVE 1. Heat 1 cup water (250mL) on HIGH (1100W) for 90 seconds in a large microwave safe jug. 2. Whisk in sachet contents then microwave on HIGH for a further 2 minutes, mixing well after 1 minute.
