Preparation Instructions
Microwave (1000W): Shove the beans in a microwave safe container, cover and heat on high for 1minute. Then give them a stir and heat for another minute. Heating times may vary depending on how amped your microwave is. Stovetop: Slap in a saucepan and heat gently unit, well, hot!
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place - a pantry, then. Once open, remove from can and store sealed in the fridge for up to 3 days.
