Preparation Instructions
This easy-to-use powder makes getting your essential nutrients easy. Just add Melrose Organic Essential Greens into water, your morning smoothie, breakfast drink, or sprinkle it into your favourite recipes for a healthy nutritional boost. Adult dose: 1 teaspoon in water, smoothie or favourite drink. Can be taken multiple times a day. Children 6-12 years: ½ adult dose.
