Preparation Instructions
Just add... 2 teaspoons oil 500g lean minced beef 1 pack Continental Recipe Base 1 cup (250mL) water 1 carrot, diced 1 potato, diced 1/2 cup peas Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes Simply... 1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan or frying pan and brown mince. 2. Add Recipe Base, water, carrot and potato; stir to combine. Cover and simmer For 10 minutes, stirring regularly. 3. Uncover, add peas and simmer For a Further 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve with rice, broccolini, chutney and poppadums.
