Our Ingredients... Corn starch, vegetable powders (tomato ^(20%), onion), natural flavours (contain wheat), sugar, mineral salt (potassium chloride), paprika, salt, maltodextrin, yeast extract, sunflower oil, vegetable gum (xanthan), garlic extract, spice extracts. ^From responsibly grown tomatoes. Contains naturally occuring glutamates.

Preparation Instructions

Just add... 2 teaspoon oil 500g lean minced beef 1 pack Continental Recipe Base 1x400g can chopped tomatoes 1x400g can red kidney beans, drained 1/4 cup (60mL) water Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes Simply... 1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan or frying pan and brown mince. 2. Add Recipe Base, tomatoes, beans and water; stir to combine. 3. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until mince is cooked, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice, light sour cream, diced tomato and avocado. Here's an idea... Fill a baked jacket potato with Chilli Con Carne, top with grated cheese and serve with a tossed salad.
