Winemaking notes: Brown Brothers Origins Series Dry Rosé is a blend of Shiraz, Tarrango, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec from three company vineyards in northern Victoria. The grapes were harvested from mid-February to early April. It was bottled with an alcohol of 13.5%, a pH of 3.62 and a TA of 5.8.
