Description
The Estate Vineyard at Dixons Creek in the Yarra Valley was first planted in 1971 and has undergone expansion and replanting over nearly 50 years. Our goal is to leave it in a better place for the generations to come.
The Estate Vineyard Chardonnay made from four plots predominantly east and south facing slopes. Pale straw with a green edge. Citrus florals, white flowers, cordite and nutty. Fine, minerally, salty, drying phenolics which give texture and interest.
