Sweet and spicy, T2 Chai is thoroughly enjoyable on a chilly afternoon, to warm from the inside out; If you're in a hurry, brew Chai by using 1 teaspoon per cup, brew 2-3 minutes in water at 100 degrees for a quick fix; Add milk and sugar or honey at the end, if desired.
For a richer and more authentic taste, place water and chai into a small saucepan and bring to the boil; Remove from heat, add milk and sugar (if desired) and return to low heat; Simmer for 5-10 minutes
