Preparation Instructions
Create Your Meal Prep: 10 Mins Cook Time: 10 Mins Serves 4 Simply Add Your Choice of Meat (500g) - We Recommend Lean Chicken Strips Or Other Lean Meats. for A Meat Free Stir Fry Try Firm Tofu Chopped Into 2cm Cubes. 3 Cups of Veggies - We Like Carrots, Red Capsicums, and Snow Peas. Serve With Steamed Rice. Get Cooking 1. Tear Pull Apart the Two Sachets. 2. Marinate in A Medium Sized Bowl, Stir Quick Marinade Through Your Meat Or Tofu, Leave Covered for 10 Minutes. 3. Cook Heat Saucepan Or Wok Over High Heat, Add 1 Tbsp. Oil. Add Your Meat Or Tofu To Pan, Cook for 5 Mins. Add Veggies To Pan, Stir Through and Cook for 3 Mins. 4. Finish Pour Finishing Sauce Into Pan, Stir Through, Cook for A Further 2 Mins and Serve. Enjoy!
